When I e-file my return, do I get a confirmation or anything saying that it has been sent?
Yes. You will receive an email upon completion and you are able to log back in to Online Filing to review acknowledgements regarding your return.

Are there online help screens for Online Filing?
Yes, there is help throughout the Online Filing pages.

If I start filling in a return and have to stop, is the return still going to be there for me to finish later?
Yes. All you need to do is click save. You can come back to the site later, log in with your SSN and password and continue with your return.
